Welcome to Broadview Integrated. By accessing or using our hyper-local marketplace, web application, and instant logistics platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Marketplace & Logistics Services
Broadview Integrated connects buyers with local vendors, farms, and independent courier riders. We facilitate product transactions, dispatch scheduling, and real-time telemetry tracking. While we oversee secure verification mechanisms (such as QR codes and drop-off PINs), users are expected to conduct safe and respectful interactions.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login tokens, and passwords. Any activity originating from your account session is your sole responsibility. Notify our helpdesk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders, Payments, & Deliveries
All orders placed through our platform are subject to vendor confirmation and inventory availability. Pricing, delivery fees, and administrative charges are displayed at checkout. Deliveries are tracked in real-time, and orders are verified upon arrival using secure codes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Broadview Integrated shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, delayed dispatches, or third-party merchant product discrepancies.
