1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Broadview Fresh platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Roles

Our platform supports multiple user roles: Buyers, Vendors, and Riders.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
  • Role Eligibility: Vendors must be verified by Broadview Integrated Group. Misrepresentation of identity may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Vendor Obligations

As a Vendor, you agree that:

  • All products listed must be accurately described and available for sale.
  • You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the goods you provide.
  • You will fulfill orders in a timely manner. Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account termination.

4. Payments & Transactions

Broadview Integrated Group facilitates commerce through integrated payment gateways (e.g., Paystack/Flutterwave). We are not a bank. We act as an intermediary to connect Buyers, Vendors, and Riders.

  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Disputes must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Fees: We reserve the right to charge commissions on transactions processed through our platform.

5. Logistics & Delivery

Delivery services are performed by third-party Riders or contracted partners. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Broadview Integrated Group is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any illegal activities or fraudulent transactions.
  • Attempting to bypass our security systems (e.g., unauthorized API access).
  • Harassing other users, vendors, or delivery personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Broadview Integrated Group provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the conduct of other users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ogun State, Nigeria.
