For customers, we may collect name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order history, saved preferences, customer support messages, payment references, and location data used for order fulfillment, delivery tracking, and support.

For vendors, we may collect business name, owner or representative name, phone number, email address, business address, bank or payout details, product listings, prices, inventory information, order history, ratings, complaint history, and performance information.

7. Rider Information

For riders, we may collect name, phone number, email address, identification information, vehicle or motorcycle details, delivery history, rider location during active delivery, earnings records, ratings, delivery performance, and compliance records.

8. Location Information

Broadview may collect approximate or precise location information where permitted by the user. Location information may be used to show nearby vendors, calculate delivery fees, assign riders, track active deliveries, verify pickup and drop-off points, improve routing, prevent fraud, and support customer service. Riders may be required to share location while actively using the rider platform or completing deliveries.

Broadview may collect payment status, order amount, transaction references, payment method type, and payment confirmation information. Payments may be processed by approved third-party payment processors such as Paystack or other providers. Broadview does not intentionally store complete debit card, credit card, or bank card details on its own servers.
